As the part arrived, the replacement of the part was quick, the system fully tested. The full cost of the part and effort was on the high side, but the work was performed by a competent service representative and preformed expediently.”
The repair technician was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt the rubber gasket needed to be changed in my washing machine but he told me that it still provided a good seal and just needed some lubricant to restore its lustre and finish. It was nice to get his honest opinion and learn that if the gasket isn’t cracked or covered in black mould it didn’t need replacing.
I was able to book an appointment on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for service the following Monday for my dryer. Not only did the repair men show up right on time, they were polite, and very knowledgeable. They were able to fix my dryer within the hour thankfully having the part in their truck. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a repair to an appliance.
