Farshad’s path to appliance repair is unique. With a background in aviation safety, auditing, and quality control, he built BonFix around structure, accountability, and honest service. As owner and head technician, he stays closely involved in the work, standards, and customer experience from start to finish.

Hector Matthews
Hector Matthews brings a detail-focused approach to BonFix’s brand, marketing, quality, and customer experience. Before BonFix, he built a successful hospitality business in England, where he developed strong service and customer care standards. Today, Hector works behind the scenes to keep BonFix organized, professional, and consistent from start to finish.

Massimo
Massimo is a caring, detail-oriented technician with a unique background in aerospace repair. Before residential appliances, he worked on airplane cabin appliances, commercial-grade ovens, coffee makers, complex pumps, and electromechanical systems under strict Transport Canada standards. Today, he brings that same safety-first mindset and aviation-level precision to every home repair, with clear explanations, careful work, and professional service from start to finish.

Alex
Alex specializes in advanced refrigeration repairs, including sealed systems, compressors, and complex mechanical work. With years of experience at LG, he brings manufacturer-level knowledge to residential, luxury, and commercial refrigeration. He works with brands like Sub-Zero, JennAir, Thermador, and True, delivering accurate diagnostics and reliable repairs.

Fariba
Fariba helps customers when they call BonFix by answering questions, booking appointments, and keeping the day organized. She also reviews completed jobs to make sure everything is clear, complete, and up to BonFix’s standards. Kind, patient, and detail-focused, Fariba helps customers feel supported from the first call to the final follow-up. As a Farsi speaker, she also helps support customers in a more personal and familiar way.
